Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Gelegen in de Rio Negro regio van Patagonië, werd Bodega Noemia opgericht in 2001 door Gravin Noemi Marone Cinzano en de Deense wijnmaker Hans Vinding-Diers. Ze besloten een oude kelder uit de jaren 1930 en oude wijngaarden te kopen en te renoveren, waaruit ze nu uitstekende Argentijnse wijnen produceren, voornamelijk op basis van Malbec.

    De A Lisa witte wijn wordt geproduceerd met 100% Semillon druiven, afkomstig van wijngaarden die ongeveer 60 jaar oud zijn. De gisting vindt plaats met geselecteerde druiven geïmporteerd uit Bourgondië, deels in roestvrijstalen tanks en deels in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Het is de eerste witte wijn van Bodega Noemia en een verwijzing naar de oorsprong van oenoloog Hans Vinding-Diers, aangezien zijn vader Peter beroemd was om de productie van uitstekende Semillonwijnen in Bordeaux.

    De wijn heeft een schitterende kleur met strogele tinten en heldere gouden reflecties. In de neus is hij geurig en expressief met aroma's van tropisch fruit zoals mango, meloen, papaja en citrusvruchten, gevolgd door florale en minerale hints. In de mond is hij fris, levendig en evenwichtig. Dankzij de gedeeltelijke gisting in eikenhouten vaten krijgt hij een bijna romige textuur en wat botertonen. Probeer hem bij kip, forel, of zalm en kreeft.
