    Dit is een knisperend rode Beaujolais wijn, granaatrood van kleur met een expressieve neus van zure rode kersen, viooltjesblaadjes, wilde frambozen en aardse bosgrond. De Gamay druiven zijn afkomstig van een perceel van 3,8 hectare in de gerenommeerde Moulin-à-Vent appellatie, die vooral bekend staat om de productie van wijn met een geparfumeerd en elegant bouquet.

    Domaine A.F. Gros werd opgericht in 1988 toen Anne-Francoise een perceel erfde van haar vader, Jean Gros. Het omvat ongeveer 11 hectare eersteklas Pinot Noir en Gamay land, ligt grotendeels in de regio Vosne-Romanee en beperkt zijn druiven tot Beaune. De jongere generatie wijnmakers heeft het domein echter uitgebreid naar locaties buiten de traditionele gebieden van de familie Gros, zoals Beaujolais.

    In de mond heeft de wijn een medium body en uitstekende structurele zuren. U kunt smaken ontdekken van kersen, kleine rode bessen, wildachtige dierlijke muskus en een vleugje specerijen. De tannines zijn fijn en zorgen voor een lange en bevredigende afdronk met veel mineralen. Dit is een unieke Beaujolais-smaak met klassieke Bourgondische umami ondertonen. Deze wijn past uitstekend bij geroosterd gevogelte, gegrild vlees of gerijpte kazen.
    Toevoegen om te vergelijken
