Ik koop al een paar jaar wijn bij deze winkel. Er is maar één keer een fout gemaakt bij de levering, die de winkel vrij snel heeft rechtgezet. De overige leveringen waren erg snel, goed verpakt en bovenal waren de wijnen, met name de droge rode wijnen, voortreffelijk!

Hoewel bekend om zijn eenvoudige dessertwijnen, zagen de Rivettis al snel het potentieel van het land om premium wijnen te maken van andere lokale druivenrassen. In de jaren tachtig begonnen zij hun eerste rode wijnen te produceren en al snel begon de familie land te verwerven in andere gebieden, waaronder Barolo en delen van Toscane.
Deze opwekkende en verfrissende witte wijn is afkomstig van topkwaliteit wijngaarden in de gemeente Terricciola in Toscane, geplant op zandgronden die rijk zijn aan fossielen en oude zeesedimenten. Het terroir helpt bij het creëren van een ongelooflijk delicate, bloemige en aromatische Vermentino. De druiven worden met wilde gisten gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks om de frisheid en typerende rassen te behouden.

Ik koop al een paar jaar wijn bij deze winkel. Er is maar één keer een fout gemaakt bij de levering, die de winkel vrij snel heeft rechtgezet. De overige leveringen waren erg snel, goed verpakt en bovenal waren de wijnen, met name de droge rode wijnen, voortreffelijk!
