    Ontstaan in 2020 in de Shida Kartli regio van Georgië, produceert Agidela Winery wijnen van uitstekende kwaliteit van inheemse druivensoorten zoals Goruli Mtsvane, Tavkveri, Chinuri, en enkele internationale druivensoorten. De druiven worden voornamelijk ingekocht bij telers in het gebied, die zorgvuldig de verschillende teeltfasen volgen. Maar het bedrijf, onder leiding van Lasha Chkuaseli en Eli Tsiskarishvili, heeft onlangs ook een nabijgelegen wijngaard gekocht, waarvan het van plan is om al in 2025 zijn eigen wijn te produceren.

    Agidela Goruli Mtsvane wordt beschouwd als de meest representatieve wijn van het bedrijf. Hij wordt geproduceerd met druiven van de inheemse Goruli Mtsvane wijnstok afkomstig van wijngaarden in de regio Shida Kartli, met kleine toevoegingen van Chinuri.

    De wijn heeft een strogele kleur met groenige nuances. De geur is fris en levendig met intense aroma's van tropisch fruit, abrikoos en rijpe citrusvruchten. In de mond is hij sappig en fris met een duidelijke minerale ader en een gemiddelde en goed gebalanceerde zuurgraad. De afdronk is lang en aangenaam met een delicate brioche nasmaak. Goed gekoeld geserveerd op 8-10°C is dit een uitstekend aperitief, maar hij combineert ook heerlijk met zeevruchten, witte vis en lichte Aziatische gerechten.
