Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Domaine Allimant-Laugner is ontstaan uit het huwelijk van Mariette Allimant en René Laugner in 1965, waardoor twee van de beste wijnmakersfamilies uit de Elzas bij elkaar kwamen. Het domein beschikt over 12 hectare eersteklas wijngaarden en wordt momenteel gerund door drie generaties van de familie Allimant-Laugner, die al minstens 11 generaties lang wijn maken.

    De Cremant d'Alsace Rosé van de familie is een stijl die in populariteit toeneemt en wordt gemaakt volgens de traditionele methode, dezelfde vinificatiemethode die voor Champagne wordt gebruikt. De Pinot Noir-druiven worden na een korte maceratie voorzichtig geperst om de prachtige lichtroze kleur te verkrijgen en de most wordt vervolgens tweemaal gefermenteerd. De tweede gisting vindt plaats in de fles en de wijn rijpt op de droesem voor extra complexiteit en body.

    Zodra u een glas inschenkt, zult u de delicate stroom van kleine belletjes en de uitnodigende aroma's van verse aardbeien, kersen en witte bloemen opmerken. De eerste slok onthult een heldere zuurgraad, zachte mousse van de belletjes en verleidelijke smaken van rode bessen met een zeer schone en zuivere afdronk. Het levendige karakter van deze Cremant maakt hem ideaal als aperitief of geserveerd bij pittige Aziatische gerechten of verse zeevruchten.
