Kupuję w tym sklepie od roku i do tej pory było wszystko w porządku, paczki docierały w ciągu dwóch dni i nie było żadnych pomyłek, aż do tej poty. Zamówiłem 12 butelek win premium za kwotę ponad 900 EUR i ku mojemu zdziwieniu dostarczono mi karton z jedną butelką. W środku znalazłem fakturę wystawioną na odbiorcę z Czech, więc zorientowałem się, że po prostu pomylono listy przewozowe i moją paczkę otrzymał odbiorca z Czech na którego była wystawiona faktura. Napisałem maila z załączonymi zdjęciami pomylonej paczki i nie dostałem odpowiedzi, potem pisałem kolejne maile i połączenia z telefonem podanym na stronie w którym włącza się tylko automat, był jeden lakoniczny mail z zapytaniem, czy wszystko w porządku z moją dostawą, a potem cisza. Reasumując, jeśli nie ma żadnych powodów do reklamacji, to nie mam zarzutów do działalności 8wines.com ale jeśli się przydarzy jakiś problem to nikomu nie zazdroszczę. W tej chwili czekam na zwrot pieniędzy za niedostarczony towar, mam nadzieję że nie będę musiał zgłaszać to gdzieś dalej o wyłudzenie pieniędzy.
