My only reason for not giving five stars is that the delivery date never is the date given at check-out. Always a few days later. So take the delivery date with a pinch of salt.

Tot 10 jaar bewaren. De sprankelende aroma's van citroen, peer, limoen en groene appel zijn verfrissend voor uw smaakpapillen! Zijn knapperige, droge en verkwikkende smaak geeft een rustgevend, onweerstaanbaar gevoel. Afkomstig uit de noordelijke delen van Bordeaux en specifiek de Pessac Leognan appellatie, heeft deze zeldzame wijn wereldwijd een groot aantal klanten vergaard.

Gelegen in het dorp Cadaujac, Chateau Lamothe, bestaat Bouscaut al sinds de 12e eeuw. In 1999 verwierf Chateau Bouscaut de 9 hectare wijngaarden van Laurent Cogombles en Sophie Lurton - zij hebben aanzienlijke inspanningen geleverd om de smaakconsistentie in alle kelders te behouden. De wijngaarden bestaan voornamelijk uit Sauvignon Blanc en Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chateau Bouscaut Blanc is verpakt in pittige flessen die elegantie en klasse uitstralen en uw dinertafel van voelbare levendigheid voorzien. Trossen semillon en sauvignon blanc druiven worden met de hand geoogst, geperst en gedurende 3 weken gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks met regelmatige pompen. Daarna rijpt hij 8 maanden in eikenhouten vaten, waardoor hij dicht en perfect is voor wijnliefhebbers. U kunt uw drankje ook maximaal een kwartier beluchten om een eventuele reductie op te vangen.

Getrouwd door miljoenen en met zulke hoge waarderingen, is deze verrukkelijke wijn het toppunt van evenwichtige smaak. Inderdaad, elke sommelier zal graag zijn productie beamen. Vis, varkensvlees, gevogelte en pizza zijn uitzonderlijk wanneer ze samen met dit meesterwerk worden geserveerd. Niettemin passen alle oliehoudende vis- en vleesgerechten perfect bij deze stellaire drank.
