    Deze pittige Bordeaux-stijl blend is vernoemd naar Diana Cullen die, samen met haar man Kevin, wordt beschouwd als een van Margaret River's belangrijkste pionierende wijnmakers. Het echtpaar richtte Cullen Wines op in 1971 en was de eerste die experimenteerde met het planten van Cabernet Sauvignon in Wilyabrup. Tegenwoordig wordt het landgoed gerund door de dochter van het echtpaar, Vanya, die in 2019 werd uitgeroepen tot "Winemaker of the Year" door de Australian Women in Wine Awards en Halliday Wine Companion Awards.

    In de afgelopen jaren is het landgoed overgestapt op biodynamische landbouw om het allerbeste fruit te produceren. Deze rode wijn bestaat voornamelijk uit Cabernet Sauvignon samen met een vleugje Merlot en Petit Verdot, geplant op graniet- en kiezelgrond. De Cabernet wijnstokken die voor deze botteling worden gebruikt zijn aangeplant in 1971 en produceren zeer geconcentreerde druiven met veel stevige tannines en diepe smaken.

    De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en gefermenteerd met behulp van wilde gisten met een rijping in Franse eiken vaten gedurende 14 maanden. In de neus zijn er alle klassieke Wilyabrup Cabernet tonen van donkere chocolade, gedroogde viooltjes en gebakken aarde gelaagd met cassis en donkere kersen. De robuuste volle body en goed gebouwde structuur maken dit een geweldige match met rood vlees en het zal ook sierlijk rijpen in de kelder in de komende tien jaar of zo.
