    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Deze delicate rosé wijn bekoort het oog met een verleidelijke lichtroze kleur en aantrekkelijke aroma's van rijpe aardbeien, rode kersen en amandelbloesem. De eerste slok onthult een heldere frisheid, warme aroma's van rode bessen en een lichte body, waardoor deze wijn ideaal is als aperitief op een zwoele zomeravond. Het is ook een uitstekende gastronomische wijn, die prachtig combineert met alles van gegrilde zalmsteaks en verse zeevruchten tot romige kazen en zomerse salades.

    Opgebouwd uit Merlot, Malbec en Cabernet Franc is dit een gemakkelijke en elegante rosé, gemaakt van druiven die vroeg zijn geoogst om hun natuurlijke frisheid en delicate aroma's te behouden. De wijnstokken zijn geplant op ongeveer 700 meter boven de zeespiegel, waar het zonnige mediterrane klimaat wordt gematigd door koele briesjes uit de bergen.

    Dankzij de Frans klinkende naam, ligt Domaine du Castel in de pittoreske Judean Hills en wordt algemeen beschouwd als een van Israëls beste producenten. Het kleine wijnhuis produceert slechts een paar duizend flessen per jaar en wordt geleid door Eli Ben Zaken, die hier in 1988 de eerste moderne wijngaard in de Judean Hills aanplantte. Eli baseert zijn wijnbouwfilosofie op de wijnbouwers van Bordeaux en staat erop dat kwaliteit boven alles gaat.
