    Nu drinken of tot 10 jaar bewaren. Decanteren is niet nodig, maar u kunt hem het beste een half uur voor het serveren openen.

    Gelegen in Gevrey-Chambertin, in het hart van de Bourgogne, produceert het Dugat-Py domein wijnen van de hoogste kwaliteit. Sinds 2003 is het domein biologisch gecertificeerd. De wijnstokken worden met de grootste zorg verbouwd en zijn voor het overgrote deel afkomstig van oude wijnstokken (gemiddeld 65 jaar) in massale selectie. De opbrengsten zijn daarom beperkt, om de concentratie te maximaliseren. De vinificatie gebeurt volgens traditionele Bourgondische methoden met zo weinig mogelijk interventie om krachtige wijnen te creëren die het terroir waar ze vandaan komen weerspiegelen. De rijping vindt plaats in eikenhouten vaten en duurt tussen de 14 en 18 maanden.

    Deze Pinot Noir wordt geproduceerd van wijnstokken die ongeveer 35 jaar oud zijn en groeien op klei-kalksteen bodems. De wijn rijpt tussen de 12 en 18 maanden in eikenhouten vaten, waarvan 10% nieuw.

    Domaine Dugat-Py's Bourgogne Rouge heeft een briljante granaatrode kleur. In de neus is hij krachtig en complex met intense aroma's van viooltjes en zwarte bessen, wilde bessen en lichte rokerige tonen. In de mond is hij goed gestructureerd en fris met stevige tannines die een goede verouderingscapaciteit voorspellen. De afdronk is elegant en aanhoudend. Probeer hem eens met truffelrisotto of varkensvlees.
