Domaine Jessiaume haalt zijn druiven uit een verscheidenheid aan fantastische appellations en Premier Cru's binnen de Côte de Beaune - waarvan vele belangrijke stops zijn op je reis door Bourgondische wijn. Les Cents Vignes is een 100% Pinot Noir wijn met een levendige scharlakenrode tint in het glas. In de neus komen nieuwsgierige tonen van moerbei, framboos, vochtige aarde en peper naar voren. Het is een medium-bodied wijn maar bevat een intense, gerichte ruggengraat van puur fruit die hem een formidabel karakter geeft. Kijk uit naar een kern van rode kers, framboos, sering en paddenstoel, met een subtiel minerale afdronk.
