    Het Mordoree domaine werd opgericht in 1986 door Francis Delorme samen met zijn zoon Christophe. Vandaag wordt het domein gerund door Christophe's vrouw, Madeleine, en haar dochter, Ambre, die 50 hectare wijngaarden bewerken in de zuidelijke Rhônevallei. Het hele domaine is biologisch en Madeleine en Ambre gebruiken ook biodynamische praktijken in de wijngaard en de kelder om ervoor te zorgen dat ze in harmonie met de natuur werken bij elke stap van het wijnproductieproces.

    Deze prachtige rosé wijn is voornamelijk gemaakt met Grenache druiven samen met kleinere hoeveelheden Cinsault, Mourvedre en Syrah, evenals Clairette en Bourboulenc druiven. Alle druiven worden op het landgoed met de hand geoogst van 40 jaar oude wijnstokken en vervolgens gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks om het prachtige pure fruitige karakter van deze inheemse druivensoorten te behouden.

    Het resultaat is een levendige rosé met een prachtige zalmroze tint en bedwelmende aroma's van aardbeien, frambozen en grapefruit. De eerste slok onthult een pittige zuurgraad, lichte body en delicate rijpe rode bessen en citrus smaken die blijven hangen op de tong. Het droge en verfrissende karakter van deze rosé maakt hem tot een ideale begeleider van pittige Aziatische gerechten, verse zeevruchten en sushi.
