Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Dit is een weelderige rode wijn, gemaakt van 100% Cinsault - een onderschatte, levendige druif, vooral als hij in Chili verbouwd wordt. Met druiven van 5 verschillende wijngaarden in Guarilihue, waar granietbodems domineren, is de neus van deze wijn diep en complex. Let op geuren van gulle, bloemige noten van wilde aardbeien en frambozen, met hints van noten, tomatenstengels en zilte mineraliteit.

    Pedro Parra is doctor in de terroir, heeft zijn diploma in Parijs behaald en woont nu in de buurt van zijn geboorteplaats in Itata, Chili. Met een doctoraat in dit onderwerp is zijn gebruik van granietrijke terroirs geen vergissing - Pedro gelooft dat granietgrond een zekere "rasperigheid" achter in de keel geeft, samen met drogere tannines en een nerveus karakter. Imaginador heeft al deze aspecten, samen met een lichte tot gemiddelde body en een onmiskenbare drinkbaarheid.

    In de mond ontdekt u fijne, droge tannines, samen met een voortreffelijke pittigheid. Tonen van framboos, rode bes en kers vermengen zich met florale hints van viooltjes en tannineachtige zwarte thee. De afdronk is lang en prikkelt de mond met hints van peper. Deze wijn moet jong gedronken worden, naast rood vlees of een vleesplankje.

    This is a luscious red wine, made from 100% Cinsault - an underrated, vibrant grape, particularly when it is grown in Chile. With grapes from 5 different vineyards in Guarilihue, where granite soils dominate, this wine's nose is deep and complex. Look for scents of generous, floral notes of wild strawberries and raspberries, with hints of nut, tomato stem, and saline minerality. On the palate, you can discover fine, dry tannins, along with a superb tanginess. Notes of raspberry, red currant, and cherry intermingle with floral hints of violet and tannic black tea. The finish is long, tickling the mouth with hints of pepper
