    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Chateau de Corcelles is een van de meest historische wijnhuizen in de Beaujolais met een wijnbouwerfgoed dat zo'n 300 jaar oud is. De meeste wijngaarden van het domein zijn gelegen op de steile hellingen rond het domein die rijk zijn aan schist en graniet, wat bijdraagt tot de levendigheid van de charmante wijnen. Om de pure schoonheid van het land en hun druiven te benadrukken, gebruikt het wijnhuis zoveel mogelijk lage interventie technieken in het wijnmaakproces.

    Deze elegante Morgon is een geweldige introductie tot de stijl van de Corcelles. Hij wordt gemaakt van 100% Gamay druiven die zorgvuldig worden geselecteerd en met de hand worden geoogst bij optimale rijpheid. De druiven worden vervolgens gesorteerd en ontsteeld voordat ze een maceratieproces ondergaan om de kleur, smaak en tannines uit de schillen te halen. De wijn wordt vervolgens vergist met wilde gisten en rijpt enkele maanden in eikenhouten vaten voordat hij wordt gebotteld.

    Het resultaat is een perfect uitgebalanceerde cru Beaujolais die ideaal is om nu van te genieten of om nog een paar jaar te bewaren. Een heldere zuurgraad, bescheiden tannines en een stevige kern van rijpe rode bessen maken dit een geweldige match met pasta's op basis van tomaten, lichte salades, of zelfs zachtere kazen.
