    Het aankoopproces en de productkeuze zijn goed, maar de bezorgservice met UPS is ellendig. Ik zal helaas niet meer kopen vanwege de bezorging door UPS die zich nooit aan datum/tijd houdt en een vals excuus geeft dat ze afwezig zijn terwijl ik er was en een vrije dag heb genomen om er te zijn.

    Nu drinken of tot 8 jaar bewaren. Het label Mora & Memo geeft uitdrukking aan de ware passie van Elisabetta Pala voor haar geboorteland Sardinië en haar geïnspireerde wijnen die de essentie van het magische terroir en de karakteristieke inheemse druivensoorten van het eiland vastleggen. Elisabetta's wijngaarden liggen in de zuidoostelijke hoek van het eiland, waar al eeuwenlang wijn wordt gemaakt op de prachtige glooiende heuvels en gewaardeerde kalksteenbodems.

    Deze elegante Cannonau wordt gemaakt van misschien wel de bekendste zwarte druivensoort van Sardinië, die robuuste maar evenwichtige rode wijnen produceert met veel hartige smaken. De druiven worden geteeld op slechts enkele kilometers van de zee en gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks om de natuurlijke frisheid en aroma's van de druif te behouden. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn 6 maanden in de tank en nog eens 3 maanden in de fles.

    Wanneer u een glas of twee inschenkt, zult u onmiddellijk de heldere robijnrode tint en de verleidelijke tonen van rode bessen, kruiden en gedroogde specerijen opmerken. De eerste slok onthult subtiele tannines, een gemiddelde body, en veel donker fruit smaken, waaronder enkele zure zwarte kersen die een aangename balans brengen. De afdronk is lang en gestructureerd, met hints van cederhout, oregano en fruit op de tong.
