    Drink hem nu of bewaar hem tot 15 jaar in een kelder. Het wordt aanbevolen om de wijn een uur te decanteren.

    De familie Morini is al tientallen jaren actief in de wijnbusiness, maar pas in de jaren 90 besloten ze een moderne kelder te bouwen en hun eigen wijnen te produceren onder het Ilatium Morini label. Vandaag de dag bewerkt het bedrijf, geleid door 7 broers en neven, 40 hectare wijngaarden verdeeld over de Valpolicella en Soave gebieden, en produceert uitstekende kwaliteitswijnen die alom gewaardeerd worden door het publiek en critici.

    De Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina en Oseleta druiven worden met de hand geoogst en na een cryo-maceratie van 2-3 dagen vindt de gisting plaats bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. De afgewerkte wijn rijpt uiteindelijk 12-15 maanden in nieuw eikenhout en blijft dan nog 6 maanden in de fles voordat hij op de markt wordt gebracht.

    Campo Prognai Valpolicella Superiore is een gestructureerde en intense wijn. Het aromatische profiel is complex en rijp met tonen van donker fruit en zoete specerijen. In de mond is hij krachtig, warm en harmonieus met fijne tannines en een subtiele zuurgraad die alles in balans brengt. De afdronk is lang en fruitig. Het is een volle wijn die perfect past bij rood vlees, gebraad en gerijpte kazen.
